Hello, I'm Lukrecija
Yoga has been with me for more than 10 years. Having discovered yoga as a teenager, I felt that it is the most pleasant form of movement for me, helping not only to maintain the well-being of the physical body but also to calm the mind and connect to oneself in all levels.
Without realising it, yoga began to take more and more time in my life and became an integral part of everyday life. Practicing yoga on my own for a long time, I felt a desire and call to share yoga with others. In 2023 I completed yoga teacher training and became a certified yoga instructor (RYS 200).
Therefore, I invite you to join the journey of yoga and get to know yourself in a new, different way, and most importantly loving way.
